Users may upload images to the service. You retain ownership of any content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant Visulet a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display the content as necessary to operate the service.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes copyrights or trademarks
• Is unlawful or fraudulent
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Violates the privacy rights of others
• Contains child exploitation material

You are solely responsible for the content you upload.

Content Removal

We may remove content or suspend access to the service at any time, for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visulet shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
